railXchange 2026: Rail Innovation Now

April 16, 2026
11:00 – 23:00
Frankfurt am Main
House of Logistics and Mobility (HOLM)

Annual Market Initiative

Experience a half‑day summit focused on the digital and AI‑driven future of the rail industry and rail logistics.

Unlike traditional conferences, railXchange turns insights into tangible outcomes: alongside case presentations, impulse talks, and expert panels, you bring your own challenge into a Live AI Hackathon, working together with cross‑functional teams. During the hackathon, you will work with AI Team Captains from Rail‑Flow or Menlo79 to translate a real operational pain point into a working solution within 2–3 hours.

Based on your input, a product concept is created that addresses a genuine problem. You leave with a replicable prototype and clear next steps – a unique opportunity to experience AI in action and achieve concrete results. No prior knowledge of AI, data, or programming is required. Our facilitators guide you step by step through the process.

This hackathon is a focused, collaborative sprint to solve specific challenges and rapidly prototype solutions. Unlike a regular workshop, you don’t just learn; you build something real. Participants gain practical AI skills, new industry connections, a working prototype with a concrete action plan, and a certificate of participation.

Program Highlights

  • 11:00–12:30: Registration & lunch

  • 12:30–13:00: Welcome & opening keynote

  • 13:00–15:15: Presentations, expert panel & plenary session

  • 15:45–19:15: Live hackathon & pitches

  • 19:30–23:00: Evening program: dinner, hackathon results & networking
